Sew.lala Patterns Mara Top

Buy the Mara Top sewing pattern from Sew.lala Patterns. Mara is a comfortable, modern top with two different sleeve variations. Sleeve A is a romantic puff sleeve created through sophisticated pleating. Sleeve B is edgier, with a boxy silhouette emphasising the shoulder. Mara sits close to the body without being too tight. The neckline can be sewn with a narrow band in the same fabric as the top, or with a wider rib for a more casual look. The 3/4 sleeves and hem can also be finished with ribbing, or simply folded and stitched.

Suggested fabrics: Mara is designed for stretchy knit fabrics like jersey, punto, terry or sweatshirt. For thicker fabrics like terry or sweatshirt, it is recommended to sew one size larger. 

Fabric requirements: 140 cm (55") wide fabric: Top, 1.4 - 1.6 m (1.6 - 1.8 yd) // Top with cuff, 1.5 - 1.7 m (1.7 - 1.9 yd) // Optional rib fabric, 0.5 - 0.7 m (0.5 - 0.75 yd).

Sizing: EU 32 – 60 (approx. UK 6 – 32/34, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.
