Buy the Cardamom Quilt Jacket sewing pattern from Sew Bake Make. This pattern is for you if you can’t walk past a thrifted quilt without imagining its second life!

Designed for quilted fabrics (thrifted or handmade) and fully reversible, Cardamom features a stand collar to keep the wind out and large pockets for cold hands (and snacks). It has an intentionally oversized fit, so you can layer it over chunky sweaters and cosy sweatshirts.

The pattern has four views. Views A and C are regular length, hitting just above the hip. View A has no closures, while View C has snaps. Views B and D are the same as Views A and C but lengthened, so they hit around the fullest part of the hip. Views B and D also have larger, slightly angled pockets.

Note: There is also a mini version of this pattern for babies and children, which can be purchased separately here, or in a bundle with the adult version here.

Sewing level: Intermediate
