Buy the Tessa Coat sewing pattern from Schnittchen Patterns. This lined coat has an oversized look. The side seams run diagonally to the front, and it features wide 3/4 (or long) sleeves, front pockets with flaps, and bound buttonholes. Or you can sew Tessa with regular buttonholes for an easier make.

Suggested fabrics: Denim, cotton, linen, light wool.

Fabric requirements:

Sizes 6 - 18: 140 cm wide fabric: Main, 240 cm // Lining, 150 - 170 cm.

Sizes 20 - 28: 140 cm wide fabric: Main, 240 - 310 cm // Lining, 160 - 220 cm.

Sizing: 6 – 18 and 20 – 28 (approx. UK 8 – 16/18 and UK 20 – 28, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size charts and finished garment measurements.

Notions: 200 cm of fusible interfacing; two buttons, approx. 2.5 cm diameter.

PDF pattern includes: Instructions; A4/US letter print-at-home pattern (90 pages for sizes 6-18, 100 pages for sizes 20-28); A0 copy shop pattern (2 long sheets for sizes 6-18, 2 long sheets + 1 A0 sheet for sizes 20-28) // Layers: Yes // Projector file: No.
