Buy the Zenita Wireless Mastectomy Bra sewing pattern from Primrose Dawn. This is a special edition of the Zenita Wireless Bra, designed with a mastectomy pocket for those who have had a breast removed.

Zenita is a full coverage, vertical seam bra without wires. All options are fully lined with enclosed or covered seams for comfort and support. Optional boning at the cup/cradle seams can add even more support. Zenita is similar in fit to the Annika Wireless Mastectomy Bra, with more options for lace overlays, colour-blocking, and band styles. Lace comes to life in the multiple cup and band styles, or experiment with sheer and solid colour-blocking for a vintage look bra.

Mastectomy pocket: Pocket opening with overlapped edges, similar to a pillow sham. The pocket extends from the bridge to the side seam to assure that all shapes of breast prostheses can be accommodated.

Front A: Colour-blocked cup with sheer and solid fabrics
Front B: Lower cup lace overlay
Front C: Upper cup lace overlay with scallops pointed inwards
Front D: Basic solid cup
Front E: Lace upper cups with scallops pointed outwards, solid lower cups with foam and decorative stitching

Back F: Ballet band
Back G: Ballet band with lace overlay
Back H: Princess seam band with lace overlay
