Buy the Reyna Hi-Cut Panty sewing pattern from Primrose Dawn. Create beautiful and comfortable panties with the Reyna Hi-Cut. The lowered front dips down with side panels of lace or folded contrasting fabric, creating a comfortable waistline. High leg openings, finished with fold over elastic, continue to either a medium coverage back or thong back. The front has an optional lace overlay with bows. The Reyna Hi-Cut has a medium rise and enclosed gusset.

Suggested fabrics:
Self: Stretch knits with at least 50% stretch. Cotton/spandex jersey, rayon/spandex jersey, bamboo/spandex jersey, modal/spandex jersey, stretch mesh, athletic knits.
Gusset lining: Cotton jersey.
Fabric requirements: Extra yardage may be needed to account for shrinkage and for matching plaids or stripes.
Self: 3/8 yd (0.3 m).
Gusset lining: 7" (18 cm) square.
Contrast fabric (Front B, Backs E/G): 1/8 yd (0.1 - 0.12 m).
Sizing: 0M – 6M and 5W – 12W (approx. UK 6 – 18/20 and UK 16 – 32, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart.
This pattern includes both Missy (M) and Women’s (W) sizes, with some overlap in the size ranges. Each range is based off its own pattern block. If you fall into the overlap sizes, the Women’s (W) sizes have a slightly larger waist to hip difference (10" versus 9") and are drafted to fit fuller bums.
Notions: Ballpoint/stretch needle; fold over elastic, 1 3/4 yd (1.5 m) for 0M-6M or 2 yd (1.8 m) for 5W-12W; stretch lace trim (for Fronts A/C and Backs D/F only, see chart); small bows (for Front C only).
