Petits D'om Child/Teen Pilou Pyjamas

Buy the Child/Teen Pilou Pyjamas sewing pattern from Petits D'om. These classic unisex pyjamas have a comfortable straight cut. The neckline, hem of the top, sleeves and legs are all finished with ribbing or jersey bands. By using different knit fabrics, from fine jersey to the thickest sweatshirt fabric, you can make pyjamas for all seasons. You can also use the top pattern to make a sweatshirt, and the pants pattern to sew a pair of joggers!

Suggested fabrics: 

Main: Sweatshirt or jersey fabric with at least 30% stretch (avoid 100% cotton fabrics).

Bands: Ribbing or jersey fabric with at least 60% stretch.

Fabric requirements: 

Main: 140 cm (58") wide fabric: Top, 40 - 130 cm (1/2 - 1 1/2 yd) // Pants, 70 - 120 cm (7/8 - 1 3/8 yd).

Bands: 70 cm (27 1/2") wide ribbing or jersey: Top, 20 - 35 cm (1/4 - 1/2 yd) // Pants, 10 - 15 cm (1/8 - 1/4 yd). Or you can use ready-made ribbing strips: Top, 120 - 171 cm (48" - 68") // Pants, 36 - 50 cm (15" - 20").

Sizing: 2 – 16 years. Please check the designer’s size chart.

Notions: Elastic for waist: 2 cm (3/4") wide for 2-4 years, 2.5 cm (1") wide for 6-10 years, 3 cm (1 1/8") wide for 12-16 years.
