Pattern Union Phoebe Flounce Blouse

Buy the Phoebe Flounce Blouse sewing pattern from Pattern Union. The Phoebe Flounce is part of the Phoebe Collection. It can be made as a top on its own or combined with the Phoebe Maxi Skirt, Phoebe Flares, or Phoebe Pockets (all sold separately) to make a dress or jumpsuit. The blouse features either an elasticated waistband or open front waistband, a front opening with rouleau loops and buttons, and neckties. It can be made with or without the flounce and has two body length options and cup sizes (grouped as A/B/C, D/E, and F/G).

Suggested fabrics: Tencel, linen, crepe, rayon, cotton, ramie, satin, pea gauze, cheesecloth. Drape will affect the shape of your top, so consider this when selecting a fabric.

Fabric requirements: 150 cm (59") wide fabric: Without flounce, approx. 1 m (1 yd) // With flounce: approx. 1.5 m (1.6 yd).

Sizing: AUS 6 – 20 with cup sizes A/B/C, D/E, and F/G (approx. UK 8 – 20/22, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart.

To determine your cup size in Pattern Union patterns, subtract your upper bust measurement from your full bust measurement. If the rounded difference is 2.5 - 7.5 cm (1 - 3"), use A/B/C cup. If the rounded difference is 7.5 - 12.5 cm (3 - 5"), use D/E cup. If the rounded difference is 12.5 - 17.5 cm (5 - 7"), use F/G cup.

Notions: 4 cm (1 1/2") wide elastic to fit waist; 4 buttons (high-waisted) or 5 buttons (low-waisted), 1 cm (3/8") diameter; 2 m (2.2 yd) narrow bias binding.
