Buy the Saana Puffer Vest sewing pattern from Named. Saana is a smart and stylish puffer vest that can be layered over a sweater or turtleneck or under a light jacket for extra warmth! It features a high collar, zip fastening, patch pockets, and a belt with a clip buckle. This lined vest is fully open at the sides.

Suggested fabrics:

Shell: Choose a lightweight, non-stretch quilted fabric. 

Lining: Choose a soft and warm fleece. The designer recommends cotton fleece.

Fabric requirements: The fabric requirements include a 5% allowance for shrinkage. Note that the fabric consumption may be greater for fabrics with a pattern and for fabrics that need to be cut in one direction.

Shell: 150 cm (60") wide fabric: 115 - 170 cm (1 1/4 - 1 7/8 yd) // 115 cm (45") wide fabric: 160 - 180 cm (1 3/4 - 2 yd).

Lining: 150 cm (60") wide fabric: 90 - 95 cm (1 yd) // 115 cm (45") wide fabric: 95 - 160 cm (1 - 1 3/4 yd).

Sizing: XS – XXL (approx. UK 4/6 – 26, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer's size chart and finished garment measurements.

This pattern has been drafted for a 172 cm (5'8") tall person.

Notions: One open end zipper: 60 cm (24") for XS-S, 65 cm (26") for M-L, 70 cm (28") for XL-XXL; one 4 cm (1 5/8") clip buckle; optional ribbon for belt loops, 20 cm (8") (if your fabric is very thick).
