Buy the One and a Half Bag sewing pattern from Merchant & Mills. A marvellous oversized bag with webbing handles that continue down to the bottom seam, and a second horizontal handle position with the potential to tuck away the larger bag.

– PDF pattern + Printed A0 copy shop (We print out the A0 pattern sheets, but you’ll need to download the digital instructions, as we don’t print these. The PDF files will be emailed immediately after purchase, and the A0 pattern sheets will be dispatched next working day). What is Copy Shop?

Suggested fabrics: Cotton canvas, denim, dry oilskin. For a softer look, linen would also work well.

Fabric requirements: 80 cm wide fabric (without nap): 1.45 m // 130 – 150 cm wide fabric (without nap): 0.8 m.

Note these are tight lays. Measure your fabric and take care with fabrics with a deep selvedge.

Sizing: Finished measurements (taken flat, not including handles): Length 55 cm x Width 62 cm.

Notions: 5.3 m of webbing.

PDF pattern includes: Instructions; A4/US letter print-at-home pattern (10 pages); A0 copy shop pattern (1 sheet).
