Buy the Bow Boxer Shorts sewing pattern from Matchy Matchy Sewing Club. The Bow Boxer Shorts are a fast, easy and fun sew. A perfect make for cool girls in hot weather. These basic, breezy shorts are inspired by traditional boxers with a straight fit. The pattern includes two views, mid rise and high rise, both with a 3" (8 cm) and 5" (13 cm) inseam. Finished with small side slits and sweet bows, these comfortable elastic waist shorts are sure to keep you feeling cool and relaxed in and out of the house.

Suggested fabrics: Lightweight wovens such as cotton or linen.

Fabric requirements: Extra fabric may be needed to match stripes, plaids or directional prints. 

44" (112 cm) wide fabric: 1.5 - 2.75 yd (1.4 - 2.5 m).

54" (137 cm) wide fabric: 1.5 - 1.75 yd (1.4 - 1.7 m).

Sizing: XXS – 6XL (approx. UK 6 – 38, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer's size chart and finished garment measurements.

The Bow Boxer Shorts are drafted for a 5'5" (165 cm) height.

Notions: 1.5" (4 cm) elastic.
