Buy the Camille Chemise sewing pattern from Madswick. Camille is a modernised chemise style dress or blouse with a wide square neckline, puff sleeves, and special details like box pleats and gathers around the bust, underarm, and sleeves. Look for fabrics such as Indian block prints, woven cottons, linens, linen/rayon blends, cotton seersucker, vintage bedsheets or tablecloths. Many pieces can be cut on the cross-grain to reduce fabric consumption; keep this in mind if you are using a directional print.
