Buy the Montauk Trousers sewing pattern from Liesl + Co. Easy to sew and equally easy to wear, the Montauk Trousers can be worn both to work and for the weekend. These simple, semi-fitted, pull-on trousers include an elastic waist and drawstring closure. The pattern features front pockets as well as options for either patch pockets or single-welt pockets in the back.

Suggested fabrics: Light- to medium-weight woven fabrics like quilting cotton, linen, and wool suiting.
Fabric requirements: 44" (112 cm) wide fabric: 2 1/2 - 3 yd (2.3 - 2.7 m) // 58" (147 cm) wide fabric: 1 3/4 - 2 1/2 yd (1.6 - 2.3 m) // Additional (View B only): Two 17" x 7" pieces of lightweight cotton for rear pocket bags.
Sizing: US 0 – 20 (approx. UK 8 – 20). Please check the size chart and finished garment measurements.
Notions: Coordinating thread; 1 1/4 yd of 3/4" elastic; featherweight or lightweight fusible interfacing; one purchased drawstring up to 82" (optional).
PDF pattern includes: Illustrated instructions; US letter/A4 print-at-home pattern (34 pages); 36" wide copy shop pattern (1 sheet); A0 copy shop pattern (2 sheets). This pattern is a layered PDF so you can print only the size(s) you need.
