Suggested fabrics: Use medium weight knit fabric with 35-50% horizontal stretch and good recovery, such as brushed French terry, loop back French terry, sweatshirt fleece, fleece back jersey and interlock.
Fabric requirements:
Colour blocked pullover: 54″ (135 cm) wide fabric: Colour A, 5/8 - 7/8 yd (60 - 80 cm) // Colour B, 5/8 yd (50 cm) // Colour C, 3/4 - 1 1/4 yd (60 - 110 cm).
Single colour pullover: 54″ (135 cm) wide fabric: 1 5/8 - 2 5/8 yd (140 - 230 cm).
Sizing: US 00 – 40 with regular and full bust options (approx. UK 6/8 – 34/36, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.
A note from the designer about bust options: To determine if you should use the regular bust front pieces or the full bust front pieces, subtract the circumference of your over bust from the circumference of the fullest part of your bust. If the rounded difference is 3″ (7.5 cm) or less, use the regular bust. If the rounded difference is more than 3″ (7.5 cm), use the full bust.
Notions: One 2" x 2" (5 cm x 5 cm) piece of lightweight fusible woven or weft insertion interfacing; 1 yd/m of 3/8" (1 cm) wide drawstring cord or ribbon (or a wider flat ribbon that can be folded at the buttonholes/grommets, as for the sample); two cord ends for drawstring; two 3/8" (1 cm) (inside diameter) grommets/eyelets with corresponding tool for installation; small safety pin.
