Folkwear 510 Passionflower Lingerie Top

Buy the 510 Passionflower Lingerie Top sewing pattern from Folkwear. This baby doll top is inspired by the sassy and sweet lingerie of the 1940s. It features an empire waist, circle skirt, and triple-darted bodice. The pattern is sized XS to 4XL with three cup size options (B, C, and D) for each size. The full, above-knee skirt has an open front and drapes beautifully to a slightly lower length in the back. Instructions for optional lace applique and lace insertion are included. Passionflower is of course perfect as a nightgown or sleepwear, but it also makes a cute top to wear over jeans, leggings, or shorts!

Suggested fabrics: Lightweight or medium-weight cotton, cotton gauze, linen and blends, voile, batiste, rayon challis, silk, charmeuse, and very lightweight silk velvet with drape.

Fabric requirements: 

Main: 45" (115 cm) wide fabric: 2 3/8 - 2 7/8 yd (2.2 - 2.6 m) // 60" (150 cm) wide fabric: 1 5/8 - 2 1/4 yd (1.5 - 2.1 m).

Lining: All fabric widths: 1/2 - 5/8 yd (0.5 - 0.6 m).

Sizing: XS – 4XL with B, C, and D cups (approx. UK 4/6 – 34, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: One bra closure or three hook and eyes // Optional: 1 - 1 5/8 yd (0.9 - 1.5 m) lace for lace appliqué or insertion or ribbon; 1 1/4 yd (1.1 m) ribbon for straps.
