Buy the Tilly Blouse sewing pattern from Fibre Mood. The elegant Tilly has beautiful details that no fashionista could possibly miss. It has a subtle officer collar; tapered, somewhat higher button wrist trim; and charming patch pockets. However, the real gems are Tilly's gorgeous sleeve hem pleats. Make them recessed or turn them into twin ‘fins’ on the outside; either way, they'll create a pop of volume.
