Fibre Mood Ildri Dress

Buy the Ildri Dress sewing pattern from Fibre Mood. A shirt dress without too much fuss? That's always more than welcome. Ildri has an oversized fit, concealed button closure, and loose A-line sleeves. The pleat in the back adds a playful touch.

Ildri is beautiful in its simplicity and can be effortlessly lengthened or shortened to your liking. Long with trainers or short with long boots, Ildri always looks great.

Note if purchasing copy shop printing: One of the pattern pieces has been split (to fit on the A0 sheet) and will need to be joined together.

Suggested fabrics: Ildri works well in lots of different fabrics, from drapey viscose (crepe), lyocell, and silk to somewhat stiffer fabrics like poplin, chambray, and fine or baby wale corduroy. 

Fabric requirements: 

Long version: 110 cm wide fabric: 355 - 515 cm // 140 cm wide fabric: 270 - 335 cm.

Short version: 110 cm wide fabric: 300 - 440 cm // 140 cm wide fabric: 230 - 290 cm.

Sizing: XS – XXXL (approx. UK 6 – 28/30, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and pattern measurements.

Notions: Iron-on interfacing, max. 120 cm; 1.5 cm buttons, 12 for long version or 11 for short version.

PDF pattern includes: Step-by-step illustrated instructions; A4/US letter print-at-home pattern (45 pages); A0 copy shop pattern (3 sheets) // Layers: Yes // Projector file: Yes.

Note: Seam allowances are included in this pattern. The copy shop file we print for you shows the cutting lines only (not cutting lines and stitching lines) to make it easier to know what size to cut out.
