Buy the Botany Top and Tunic sewing pattern from Elbe Textiles. The Botany Top and Tunic is an easy, throw on style with a dartless bodice and extended shoulder. The neck and sleeves are finished cleanly with facings, but instructions are also provided for a bias bound finish. The top version has a relaxed fit and finishes below the natural waist. The tunic version has a skirt with pockets and finishes at mid thigh. The pattern includes B cup and C/D cup options.

Suggested fabrics: Light to medium weight woven fabrics. Washed linen, cotton chambray, rayon, double gauze cotton, hemp, linen/viscose.

Fabric requirements: If you're using a patterned fabric with a repeat you'd like to match, you may need more fabric.

Top

110 cm (45") wide fabric: 120 - 170 cm (1.3 - 1.8 yd).

150 cm (60") wide fabric: 100 - 140 cm (1.1 - 1.5 yd).

Tunic

110 cm (45") wide fabric: 210 - 310 cm (2.3 - 3.4 yd).

150 cm (60") wide fabric: 140 - 250 cm (1.5 - 2.7 yd).

Sizing: A – N (approx. UK 6 – 32, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer's size chart and finished garment measurements.

This pattern has been drafted for a height of 5'7".

This pattern has two cup size options: a B cup and a C/D cup. To find your sewing cup size, measure your high bust and full bust. The difference between the two measurements will tell you your cup size.

5 cm (2") difference = B cup
7.5 cm (3") difference = C cup
10 cm (4") difference = D cup         

Notions: 50 cm of lightweight interfacing (for pockets and optional for facings).

PDF pattern includes: Instructions; A4/US letter print-at-home pattern (33 pages for each cup size); A0 copy shop pattern (2 sheets for each cup size) // Layers: Yes // Projector file: No.
