Suggested fabrics:
Top: Any light to medium weight fabric. Weight: 120-220 gsm (3.5-6.5 oz/yd²).
Bolero: Many fabrics are suitable. Cotton satin, cotton piqué, wool, wild silk, jacquard… Weight: 250-400 gsm (7.4-11.8 oz/yd²).
Fabric requirements:
Top: 140 cm (55") wide fabric: 3/4 sleeves, 120 cm (48") // Long sleeves, 130 cm (51").
Bolero: 140 cm (55") wide fabric: 3/4 sleeves, 110 cm (44") // Long sleeves, 120 cm (48") // Lining 3/4 sleeves, 100 cm (40") // Lining long sleeves, 110 cm (44").
Sizing: 34 – 48 (approx. UK 6 – 16/18, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer's size chart and finished garment measurements.
Notions: Fusible interfacing, 30 cm (12") for top or 100 cm (40") for bolero // Bolero: two shoulder pads; optional sleeve head wadding, 100 cm (40").
