Buy the Baby/Child Mini Waterfall Raglan Top and Dress sewing pattern from Chalk and Notch. The Mini Waterfall Raglan is a swing shape knit top or dress. There are two views: a ruffle top and a ruffle dress. The sleeve has a slim fit with three length options: short, 3/4, and long sleeve.

Suggested fabrics: Cotton jersey, cotton lycra, rayon jersey, rayon french terry, rib knit. This style is designed for a light weight to medium weight 75% - 100% stretch knit fabric with nice drape and good recovery. The shape of this style is relaxed and may look boxy when sewn with a thicker knit fabric. If your fabric has less than 75% stretch or less than 90% recovery, it’s recommended to use rib fabric for the neckband.

Fabric requirements: Minimum fabric required is listed. If you think you will need more for shrinkage, directional print, pattern matching or print repeat, please purchase accordingly.

58" (148 cm) wide fabric: View A Top (short sleeve), 3/4 - 1 yd (0.7 - 0.9 m) // View A Top (3/4 or long sleeve), 1 - 1 1/2 yd (0.9 - 1.4 m) // View B Dress (all sleeves), 1 1/4 - 2 yd (1.1 - 1.8 m).

Optional fabric: 1/4 yd (0.25 m) of rib knit for neckband.

Sizing: 12 months - 12 years. Please check the size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: Optional: 3/4" (2 cm) wide fusible hem tape; tricot fusible or clear elastic to stabilise the seams.
