Vogue dress 1102

I really love how the Vogue 1102 turned out, its such a simple dress but then the back bow details makes it really special!

I used a cotton lawn fabric which worked very well.

I had no issues with the pattern, the instructions were quite simple to follow, but I did find that the size was very big, I had to down size a full size and shorten the back shoulder length.

I also added a couple of pleats to the front neckline as I find that the weight of the bow pulls it back a little making it gape slightly, the pleats sorted out the issue no problem though.

There is much more detail on my blog
