Buy the Tsairi Blouse sewing pattern from Vikisews. Tsairi is a semi-fitted A-line blouse with a curved front hem. The neck, centre front, and bottom edges feature flounces. The deep V-neckline is finished with bias binding. The blouse fastens at the front with sewn-on ties at the bust and below-the-bust ties threaded through casings. Long, straight-cut, set-in sleeves feature casings with ties at the wrists. The outer edges of the flounces and sleeve hems are unfinished. Fraying is prevented by staystitching along the raw edges. Tsairi is below-the-hip length.

Suggested fabrics: Natural silk, faux silk, chiffon, crepe de chine, viscose crepe, silk crepe, silk satin. The colour of the right and wrong sides of your fabric must be practically the same.

The blouse in the cover photo is made of natural silk. This fabric is lightweight, fluid, soft and non-stretch.

Fabric requirements: When purchasing fabric, buy 5% more than required to account for shrinkage.

Main: 140 cm (55″) wide fabric, with a directional print: 2.26 – 2.82 m (2 1/2 – 3 1/8 yd) // 155 cm (61″) wide fabric, with a directional print: 2.06 – 2.48 m (2 1/4 – 2 3/4 yd).

Sizing: 34 – 52 (approx. UK 6 – 20, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements. Note the PAPER pattern includes height 2 only (even though additional heights appear on the charts).

This pattern is designed for a B/C cup and 5’4″–5’6″ height.

Model Alina: Bust 86 cm (33 7/8″) / Waist 65 cm (25 5/8″) / Hips 93 cm (36 5/8″). Alina is wearing size 36.

Model Yana: Bust 107 cm (42 1/8″) / Waist 87 cm (34 1/4″) / Hips 122 cm (48″). For Yana the designer combined sizes 48 for the top and 52 for the bottom.
