Buy the TPC4 The Bomber Jacket sewing pattern from Trend Patterns. The bomber is a super cool, current street trend. This pattern comes with loads of details including welt pockets, a chest zip (not functional) and a shoulder patch pocket (optional). A stiff fabric would hold the silhouette perfectly and if made with warm winter fabrics it will keep you feeling cosy. This jacket would also work well in lighter fabrics for a spring/summer garment too.

Suggested fabrics: Medium weight wovens with a medium weight lining. You could also use fleece or a quilted fabric for either the outer or lining.

110 cm (43") wide fabric: Outer, 180 - 225 cm // Lining, 175 - 230 cm // Rib (sizes 6-16 only), 35 cm.

120 cm (47") wide fabric: Outer, 170 - 220 cm // Lining, 165 - 215 cm // Rib (sizes 6-20 only), 35 cm.

140 cm (55") wide fabric: Outer, 130 - 200 cm // Lining, 140 - 200 cm // Rib, 35 cm.

155 cm (61") wide fabric: Outer, 130 - 180 cm // Lining, 140 - 185 cm // Rib, 35 cm.

Sizing: UK 6 - 22. Please check the size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: Fusing, 10 cm; 5 gauge exposed zip: 52 cm for sizes 6-8, 53 cm for sizes 10-12, 54 cm for sizes 14-18, 55 cm for sizes 20-22; shoulder zip, 12 cm (optional); chest zip, 14 cm (optional).
