Buy the S9503 children’s dresses sewing pattern from Simplicity. It’s perfect for an advanced beginner dressmaker. Ruffle collar details are featured on this raised waist dress with flared skirt. Zipper closure and long or short full sleeves are pleated to bias tape finish.

Sizing: A (3-4-5-6-7-8). Please check the size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: Thread. 14″ (35.5cm) invisible zipper; one pkg. of 1/2″ (1.3cm) wide double fold bias tape. Also for A: Five 3/8″ (1cm) buttons; 1 1/4 yds. (1.2m) of 3/8″ – 5/8″ (1cm – 1.5cm) wide lace. Also for B: Three 3/8″ (1cm) buttons. Also for C: Three small ribbon rosettes (opt.) Also for D: 3 3/4 yds. (3.5m) of 1 1/2″ – 1 3/4″ (3.8cm – 4.5cm) wide lace or eyelet trim.
