Buy the Simplicity S9023 baby/child top, dress and trousers pattern, it’s perfect for an advanced beginner dressmaker. Dresses and tops are pull-on with applique dinosaur, shapes or cat-face with cute ears. Trousers are pull-on with elastic waist and side ‘cargo’ pockets. Not suitable for sleepwear.

Suggested fabrics: Cotton types, corduroy, interlock. B Dress bodice, sleeves and ears also in low pile faux fur, sweatshirt fleece, sherpa. Not suitable for sleepwear.

Note: Extra fabric maybe needed to match plaids, stripes, one-way designs fabrics or shrinkage.

Sizing: A (1/2-1-2-3-4). Please check the size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: Thread. One pkg of 1/2″ wide single fold bias tape, a 1 1/2″ length of elastic cord, one 1/2″ button. A: one purchased applique. B: One pkg of baby rick-rack, one skein of embroidery thread. C: One pkg of jumbo rick-rack, one skein of embroidery thread. D: Purchased assorted appliques. E: 3/4 yd. of 3/4″ wide elastic.
