Buy the S9319 Baby/Child Dress, Top and Shorts sewing pattern from Simplicity. It’s perfect for an advanced beginner dressmaker. Toddlers’ Pull on ‘tent’ top and dress have forward shoulder buttons and buttonhole front closures. A, B, E, F: appliqué and trim variations. C: contrasting patch pockets. F: thread loops at sides. Pull-on shorts have casing and elastic waist. H: novelty trim. Sew Rating Very Easy.

Notions: Thread. Top A,B,C, Dress D, E, F: Two 3/4″ (2.0cm) buttons. Also for Top A: Two appliques. Top B: 1 1/2yds. (1.4m) of 1/2″ – 1″ (1.3cm – 2.5cm) wide novelty trim and 1/2 yd. (0.5m) of 7/8″ (2.2cm) wide ribbon. Dress E: 1/2yd. (0.5m) of 1/2″ (1.3cm) wide ribbon. and 5/8yd. (0.6m) of 3/4″ (2.0cm) wide ribbon. Dress F: 1 3/4 yds. (1.6m) of wide lace edging and 1 1/2 yds. (1.4m) of 1/2″ – 5/8″ (1.3cm – 1.5cm) wide ribbon. Shorts G, H: 5/8yd. (0.6m) of 1/2″ (1.3cm) wide elastic. Also for Shorts H: 1 1/4 yds. (1.2m) of 1/2″ – 1″ (1.3cm – 2.5cm) novelty trim.
