Buy the S9898 Babies Dress, Panty and Headband sewing pattern from Simplicity. It’s perfect for an advanced beginner dressmaker. Button-front dress with lined fitted bodice . Ruffled lace trimmed collar and gathered skirt with lace trimmed pockets. Panty is finished with elastic. One size headband.

Suggested fabrics: Cottons, Crinkle Gauze, Linens, Rayons, Sateen. Headband C also in: Interlock, Jersey. Interfacing A: Lightweight Fusible.

Note: Extra fabric maybe needed to match plaids, stripes, one-way design fabrics or shrinkage.

Sizing: A (XXS-XS-S-M-L) which is approx. (prem, 1-3mths, 6mths, 12mths, 18mths). Please check the size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: Thread. A: seven 1/2″ (1.3cm) buttons, one pkg. of 1/2″ (1.3cm) single fold bias tape, 1 1/2 yds. (1.4m) of 1/2″ – 3/4″ (1.3cm – 2cm) lace trim. B: 1 3/8 yds. (1.3m) of 1/2″ (1.3cm) elastic. C: 8 1/4″ (21cm) length of 1″ (2.5cm) elastic.
