Buy the Seaforth Pants sewing pattern from Hey June Handmade. The Seaforth Pants are comfy yet stylish pants in two views. View A is a wider leg, full length pant. View B features a narrower leg with an ankle length elasticated hem. Both views have a full elasticated waistband, back darts to reduce gathering bulk, a low to mid front rise, and options for eyelets and a drawstring in the waistband, front zipper welt pockets, and back patch pockets. Seaforth is perfect for dressing up or down!

Suggested fabrics: Light to midweight opaque, drapey woven fabrics such as linen or linen blends, cotton, cotton blends, rayon blends, or raw silk.

Fabric requirements: 

Sizes 0 – 10: 44″ (112 cm) wide fabric: 3 yd (2.7 m) // 54″ (137 cm) wide fabric: 2.5 yd (2.3 m).

Sizes 12 – 24: 44″ (112 cm) wide fabric: 3.5 yd (3.2 m) // 54″ (137 cm) wide fabric: 3 yd (2.7 m).

Sizing: US 0 – 24 (approx. UK 8 – 26). Please check the size chart and pattern measurements.

Notions: Matching thread; two 6″ long lightweight zippers (size 4.5 or lower, metal or nylon coil); 4″ of 20″ wide or wider lightweight fusible interfacing (woven or tricot); 1 yd of 2″ elastic for sizes 0 – 12, 1.5 yd of 2″ elastic for sizes 14 – 24 // View B: 1 yd of 1″ elastic // Optional: 2 eyelets or grommets; 2 yd of drawstring or similar suitable cording.

PDF pattern includes: Instructions; US letter/A4 print-at-home pattern (60 pages); 36″ wide copy shop pattern (1 sheet); A0 copy shop pattern (3 sheets). This pattern has layers so you can print only the size(s) you need.
