Blueprints for Sewing Saltbox Tee and Tank

Buy the Saltbox Tee and Tank sewing pattern from Blueprints for Sewing. The Saltbox Tee and Tank is inspired by a classic New England home with an odd, asymmetrical roof line. It features a pieced bodice in the front and back, a side vent at the hip, and a boat neck.
Version 1 is a short sleeve top with neckline facings. Great for a beginner, it features sleeves that are easy to set in due to minimal sleeve cap ease and a slightly dropped shoulder line.
Version 2 is a tank top with narrow straps and armholes that angle in slightly towards the neck. The neckline and armholes are finished with bias facing.
Saltbox is a great stash buster! Requiring as little as 1/2 yard for one of the contrasting fabric choices, you can use up those precious small cuts you’ve been hanging onto. Or use smaller cuts of different fabrics for each piece, creating a patchwork look.
