Buy the Pipa Dress sewing pattern from Fibre Mood. Oh Pipa, you were made for summer garden parties! This stylish sundress has a lovely, fitted bodice due to inverted box pleats, with a skirt that drapes gracefully in an A-line towards the hem. Pipa has adjustable shoulder straps and an invisible zip in the side seam. If you feel like the bodice offers enough support, you can even omit the shoulder straps for a stunning corset dress.

Suggested fabrics: Pipa’s pleats are easiest to create in poplin and other stiff fabrics; however, summery linen, romantic silk, or broderie anglaise are also great options.

Fabric requirements: 110 cm wide fabric: 350 – 490 cm // 140 cm wide fabric: 220 – 490 cm.

Sizing: EU 32 – 60 / US 0 – 28 / UK 4 – 32 (approx. UK 6 – 28/30, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and pattern measurements.

Notions: Thread; iron-on interfacing, max. 20 cm; bra ring and slider, 2 of each; invisible zip, 20 cm.

PDF pattern includes: Step-by-step illustrated instructions; A4/US letter print-at-home pattern (52 pages); A0 copy shop pattern (3 sheets); projector pattern.

Note: Seam allowances are included in this pattern. The copy shop file we print for you shows the cutting lines only (not cutting lines and stitching lines) to make it easier to know what size to cut out.
