Buy the Partner Overalls Expansion Pack sewing pattern from Ready to Sew. A supplement to the original Partner Overalls pattern, this expansion pack allows you to make a number of variations by combining the original pattern pieces with the expansion pack pieces. The expansion pack includes curved inset pockets, a faux fly, a slimmer leg with a slight crop, a double knee and lots of topstitching details!

Note: This is not a complete pattern. You must already own the original Partner Overalls pattern to use this expansion pack. If you have not yet purchased the original pattern, you can do so here.

– PDF pattern + Printed A0 copy shop (We print out the A0 pattern sheets, but you’ll need to download the digital instructions, as we don’t print these. Suggested fabrics:

Outer fabric: Bottom-weight woven fabric such as denim, twill, canvas, gabardine, moleskin, medium weight linen. For range 2, the designer recommends a fabric with 3%-6% elastane.

Facing: Medium-weight woven fabric such as shirting, chambray or cotton poplin.

Fabric requirements:

Range 1 (sizes 32-46): 140 cm (54″) wide fabric: Outer fabric, 300 cm (118 1/8″) // Facing, 55 cm (21 5/8″).

Range 2 (sizes 46-58): 140 cm (54″) wide fabric: Outer fabric, 380 cm (149 5/8″) // Facing, 115 cm (45 1/4″).

Sizing: EU 32 – 46 and EU 46 – 58 (approx. UK 6/8 – 14/16 and UK 18 – 30, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart.

Note: The size ranges have been drafted from different blocks. Range 1 (32-46) is based on a height of 167 cm and a B cup. Range 2 (46-58) is based on a height of 168 cm and a D cup.

Notions: Drawstring cord, 5 mm (3/16″) diameter; 2 metal eyelets, 5 mm (3/16″) internal diameter; one pair of 4 cm (1.5”) overall buckles and buttons; one pair of 4 cm (1.5”) adjustable sliders; 16 cm (6 5/16″) of 4 cm (1.5”) wide elastic; 2 cord ends; matching thread and contrasting thread.
