Buy the Panoramix Trousers sewing pattern from I AM Patterns. I am Panoramix, a pair of ankle length, high waisted, tapered trousers. I am finished with a facing at the waist and you open and close me at the side with an invisible zipper. On the back you can sew welt or patch pockets. You can choose to sew me with or without an asymmetrical wrap on the front.

Version A is a wrap tapered trouser with welt pockets, Version B is a wrap tapered trouser with patch pockets, Version C is a tapered trouser with welt pockets, and Version D is a tapered trouser with patch pockets.

This sewing pattern is available to buy in the following formats:

– PDF pattern + Printed A0 copy shop (We print out the A0 pattern sheets, but you’ll need to download the digital instructions, as we don’t print these. The PDF files will be emailed immediately after purchase, and the A0 pattern sheets will be dispatched next working day). What is Copy Shop?

Suggested fabrics: Lightweight denim, linen, wax, lightweight twill, lightweight gabardine, double gauze, lightweight jacquard, wool blends.

Fabric requirements:

Versions A and B: 140 cm (55″) wide fabric: 155 – 230 cm (1 3/4 – 2 1/2 yd) // 110 cm (43″) wide fabric: 200 – 310 cm (2 1/4 – 3 3/8 yd).

Versions C and D: 140 cm (55″) wide fabric: 150 – 180 cm (1 3/4 – 2 yd)  // 110 cm (43″) wide fabric: 175 – 255 cm (2 – 2 7/8 yd).

Sizing: EU 34 – 52 (approx. UK 6 – 18). Please check the size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: Iron-on interfacing, 40 cm x 65 cm (16″ x 26″); one 20 cm (8″) invisible zipper.
