Buy the Bifold Wallet sewing pattern from Thread Theory. Sew a minimalist take on the classic bifold wallet. This design is very simple to construct because it uses only two pattern pieces to result in a myriad of pockets! The Bifold Wallet includes all the necessary details: a large bill pocket, four card slots and an optional zippered coin pocket. Discreetly personalise the wallet by choosing a contrast insert to hold bills.

Suggested fabrics: Stitch this wallet up in just a few minutes using fabric, felt or speciality materials such as leather, Tyvek or Kraft-tex. Separate instructions and pattern pieces are included to suit your material choice. The zippered coin pocket can only be added to the fabric variation.

Fabric requirements:

150 cm wide fabric: Main fabric, 0.13 m // Contrast insert, 0.13 m.

115 cm wide fabric: Main fabric, 0.25 m // Contrast insert, 0.12 m.

Felt and speciality materials variation: Main material, rectangle 77 cm wide x 13 cm tall // Contrast insert, 0.13 m.

Notions: Interfacing (for fabric variation only, must be at least 69 cm wide), 0.13 m.

PDF pattern includes: 2 detailed instruction booklets containing step-by-step instructions and diagrams (one for the fabric variation, the other for speciality materials); 2 US letter/A4 print-at-home patterns (4 pages each). Does not include an A0 copy shop file.
