Buy the M7184 women’s and children’s vintage top and pinafore dress sewing pattern from McCall’s. It’s perfect for an advanced beginner/intermediate dressmaker. The semi-fitted top has a collar, sleeves with a slit opening, button cuffs and front button closing. The fitted and flared pinafore dress has button shoulder straps, princess seams and a back zipper. Circa 1958.
