Buy the M8467 Bags sewing pattern from McCalls. It’s perfect for an advanced beginner dressmaker. Bags A and B have a flap closure and adjustable shoulder strap. Bag A has a back pocket. Bag B flap has a handle attached for a toddler to hold onto. Bags C and D have decorative side ties, faux leather handles and outside front pockets. Bags B and D have decorative tassels but can be made for any of the bags.

Note: Extra fabric maybe needed to match plaids, stripes, one-way designs fabrics or shrinkage.

Notions: Thread. A,B,C,D: One 3/4″ (2cm) magnetic snap. Also for A,B: Two 1″ – 1 1/2″ (2.5cm – 4cm) rings, one slide with a 1″ (2.5cm) opening. Also for A: Two swivel clasps with a 3/4″ (2cm) opening. C,D: Four slides with a 1 1/2″ (4cm) opening. E: One swivel clasp with a 1″ (2.5cm) opening.
