Buy the M8416 Baby/Child Romper, Dresses, Jacket and Shirt sewing pattern from McCalls. It’s perfect for an advanced beginner dressmaker. Rompers A, B have optional snap crotch and patch pockets; sleeveless dresses C, D have gathered skirt, back button closure and lined bodice; jacket has front button closure and patch pockets; short sleeve shirt has collar with front button closure. Optional appliques for jacket and dress included.

Suggested fabrics: Cotton blends, gingham, linen, seersucker. Lining C,D: Lining fabrics. Optional appliques C,D,E: Felt. Interfacing: Lightweight fusible.

Sizing: CCB (1-2-3-4) approx. UK sizes A (children’s 1-4 yrs.) Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: Thread. A,B: Two 3/4″ (2cm) buttons, one pkg. of 1/2″ (1.3cm) double fold bias tape (optional). Also for A: Fourteen decorative snap fasteners (optional). Also for B: Four decorative snap fasteners (optional). C,D: Three 1/2″ (1.3cm) buttons, 1 1/4 yd. (1.1m) of 1/2″ (1.3cm) crochet lace edging or rick rack (optional). E: four 1/2″ (1.3cm) buttons. F: Four 3/8″ (1cm) buttons.
