Sew Over It Lois Dress

Buy the Lois Dress sewing pattern from Sew Over It. Lois is a smart, chic, office-perfect dress that has a slight 70s flair while still feeling contemporary.

The bodice is shaped by a clever combination of darts and pleats, perfectly positioned to reduce unnecessary bulk around the bust and waist. The faux-wrap, V-shaped neckline is completed with a cute collar and collar stand. There is no back neckline facing, creating a beautifully clean finish on the inside of the dress. The long sleeves finish with cuffs. Lois has no zips or buttons, and instead goes over the head thanks to the elasticated back waist.

The dress comes with two hem length options. Version 1 hits below the knee and features short slits in the side seams for a little extra movement and swish. Version 2 is designed to hit above the knee and looks fabulous with opaque tights and ankle boots in cooler weather.
