The Teasel DPN Sock Knitting Pouch is a free sewing pattern from Lasenby Patterns. This pouch will hold your double-pointed needles along with your project, keeping everything safe between knitting sessions. There are popper placement options for 18 cm (7″) and 25 cm (9″) needles and a loop for your knitting markers.

This sewing pattern is available to buy in the following formats:

– PDF (available to download immediately after purchase). What is a PDF?

– PDF pattern + Printed A0 copy shop (We print out the A0 pattern sheets, but you’ll need to download the digital instructions, as we don’t print these. The PDF files will be emailed immediately after purchase, and the A0 pattern sheets will be dispatched next working day). What is Copy Shop?

Suggested fabrics: 

Fabric A (main outer fabric): Natural fabrics. Light/medium weight. Tana lawn, cotton, linen, bamboo, quilting cotton, twill, canvas, drill.

Fabric B (lining fabric): Can be the same as Fabric A. Natural fabrics. Light/medium weight. Tana lawn, cotton, linen, bamboo, quilting cotton, twill, canvas, drill.

Fabric F: Iron-on interfacing.

Fabric requirements: The lengths are generous for some of the fabrics (quantities rounded up).

Fabric A: 115 cm (44″) wide fabric: 25 cm (10″).

Fabric B: 115 cm (44″) wide fabric: 25 cm (10″).

Fabric F: 115 cm (44″) wide interfacing: 25 cm (10″).

Sizing: W 25.5 cm x H 5.5 cm (approx. 10 1/4″ x 2″).

Notions: Two sets of 20 mm poppers; 5 cm of 19 mm herringbone tape or ribbon; one 2.5 cm split ring.

PDF pattern includes: Instructions; A4 print-at-home pattern (2 pages); US letter print-at-home pattern (2 pages); A0 copy shop pattern (1 sheet).
