Buy the Kanerva Button-back Tee sewing pattern from Named. Kanerva is an easy everyday garment, but with interesting details. Long sleeves, a cropped hem, and a button closure at the back make this simple knit top neat and stylish. The darts at the bust and waist also help in creating a contoured and tailored look. The boat neckline is finished with a facing.

Suggested fabrics: Choose a medium-weight knit fabric with a stretch percentage of 30-50%, such as ponte, French terry or a light sweatshirting. Remember to choose an interfacing with approximately the same amount of stretch.

Fabric requirements: The fabric requirements include a 5% allowance for shrinkage. Note that the fabric consumption may be greater for fabrics with a pattern and for fabrics that need to be cut in one direction.

150 cm (60″) wide fabric: 75 – 135 cm (7/8 – 1 1/2 yd) // 115 cm (45″) wide fabric: 115 – 190 cm (1 1/4 – 2 1/8 yd).

Sizing: EU 32 – 56 (approx. UK 6 – 28, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: Fusible knit interfacing, 55 cm (1/2 yd); small buttons, 6 for sizes 32-46 or 7 for sizes 48–56.
