Buy the Josie Top sewing pattern from Fibre Mood. Josie is a sleeveless top with side slits. It can be nipped in at the waist with the matching tie belt. There is also an A-line dress version, which is sold separately here.

Suggested fabrics: Whether you make the Josie Top in a stiff fabric or one with a fluid drape will depend on the look you’re going for. You might prefer fabrics that drape well, such as wool, silk and viscose blends. Or you might prefer stiffer fabrics that retain their shape and create clean, straight lines, such as jacquard, cotton, linen, brocade, etc.

Fabric requirements: 140 cm wide fabric: 150 – 210 cm.

Sizing: EU 32 – 58 / US 0 – 26 / UK 4 – 30 (approx. UK 6 – 26/28, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: Thread; iron-on interfacing, max. 60 cm; crochet hook and yarn for crocheting the belt loops; invisible zip, 40 cm.

Note: Seam allowances are included in this pattern. The copy shop file we print for you shows the cutting lines only (not cutting lines and stitching lines) to make it easier to know what size to cut out.
