Suggested fabrics: Use light to medium-weight knit fabric with about 50% horizontal stretch and great recovery such as athletic knit, ITY, double-brushed poly and cotton Lycra. Do not use drapey fabric with poor recovery such as rayon spandex (unless it has a minimum of 8-10% elastane).

Fabric requirements: 54″ (135 cm) wide fabric: 1 3/8 – 1 7/8 yd (130 – 170 cm).

Sizing: US 00 – 40 with regular and full bust options (approx. UK 6/8 – 34/36, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

A note from the designer about bust options: To determine if you should use the regular bust front pieces or the full bust front pieces, subtract the circumference of your over bust from the circumference of the fullest part of your bust. If the rounded difference is 3″ (7.5 cm) or less, use the regular bust. If the rounded difference is more than 3″ (7.5 cm), use the full bust.

Notions: 2 yd (2 m) of 3/8″ or 1/2″ (1 cm or 1.25 cm)-wide straight fusible stay tape (or you may cut your own using lightweight woven fusible interfacing on the straight grain).
