An easy sew for a fun cape

This was an easy sew, the instructions are good. I used the pattern printing service from The Fold Line. Sewing around the hem took ages, it’s a lot of material and consequently I was concerned about turning to the right side through the hole in the shoulder seam you are advised to leave. But I needn’t have been. I decide to add an extra pocket to the lining as a security pocket.
I made out of a black wool with a fun orange lining and used gorgeous tweed covered buttons all from missgingers.co.uk fabric store.
Super fun to swish about in and pockets too, what’s not to like?
