Buy the Augusta Dress sewing pattern from Fibre Mood. Augusta will no doubt become your new favourite summer dress: ideal for a city trip, a day at the beach, and everything in between! Augusta is oversized and falls to knee length, but you can make it any length you like, or even make Augusta as a blouse. This shirt dress features rolled short sleeves, a collar with a collar band, a concealed button fastening, and side seam pockets. The gathers in the front and back make for a lovely loose fit, perfect for that summer breeze.

Suggested fabrics: Chambray, linen, poplin, cotton voile, crepon, crepe, supple twill, double gauze, seersucker, washed silk, etc. If you want extra mobility in your dress, choose a supple fabric. Does a statement piece make your heart beat faster? You’ll get a brilliant look with a stiffer fabric. Holiday tip: Use a sheer fabric for a pool or beach cover-up!

Dress: 110 cm wide fabric: 340 – 430 cm // 140 cm wide fabric: 240 – 365 cm.

Top: 110 cm wide fabric: 235 – 350 cm // 140 cm wide fabric: 175 – 260 cm.

Sizing: XS – XXXL (approx. UK 6 – 28/30, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and pattern measurements.
