Buy the 1940s Wrap Dress sewing pattern from Sew Over It. A stylish vintage-inspired wrap dress with a wearable contemporary feel, it is perfect for both daytime and evening.

The 1940s Wrap Dress features a wrap front bodice with a front collar and pretty shoulder pleats. The bodice gathers into the uniquely shaped pointed waistband, and the dress closes with hidden buttons or press studs. It has a slightly A-line skirt, and the narrow sleeves mean you can pair it with your favourite jumper or cardi. Both the sleeves and skirt have two length options.

Version 2: 1.15 m wide fabric: 3.4 – 3.6 m // 1.40 m wide fabric: 2.8 – 3.25 m.

Sizing: UK 8 – 20. Please check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: 1.5 m x 1 m of lightweight fusible interfacing; two 21 mm buttons OR two 21 mm press studs.
