We decided to take a look at the stats and see which blog posts you favoured. We’ve rounded up the top 10 blog posts of 2024 so you can revisit your favourites, discover something you missed and spend some festive downtime with a spot of sewing inspiration. Hope you enjoy it!

Your Favourite Simple Sewing Patterns

Simple projects are very pleasing. Great for those who are new to sewing and even better for those of us who are more experienced, but fancy something more mediative. This list shares simple sewing patterns by type, so you can narrow your search down to a temptingly easy top or trousers that won't be too taxing to make. Oh, and because they are popular with fellow sewists, you know they must be good.

I enjoyed all your content in 2024, especially your coverage of the Sewing Bee. I can only imagine what you went through hunting patterns down. Great work!
As for content, while I’m not looking for old persons patterns as such (heaven forbid!), as a 70+ person in a warm climate I would quite like it if sometime you might consider an episode looking at fun patterns for the slightly older person. Just a thought.
