The Tee Shirt – Merchant & Mills

This is the first thing I sewed for my husband. I don’t sew a lot and usually just dresses for me, but I guessed this would be a lot faster then knitting him a sweater. I’m quite happy with the result and so is the recipient. The only thing I messed up was the sizing. He has pretty muscular shoulders, so I should have taken the size up instead of down. It does fit, but the unstretchy linnen makes it a bit too fitted around the shoulders. Usually M&M patterns are quite roomy, but this one is actually spot on. I can really recommend this pattern for beginners
