The Shelby Dress Romper review

I’m so happy with my Shelby! I made the short romper version with cap sleeves and I really love the fit. Mine is a size 4 without any alterations. The instructions from True Bias are always really clear and thorough and this one is no different. Such a versatile garment that will work year round. I’m definitely making another.
