I pattern tested this in December and I’m so pleased it’s now released.
The reason being is that I made this top twice because it’s got a bra shelf built into the pattern. It’s also really quick to make and perfect to wear in the Summer months.
The first version is made using swimwear fabric. I did this because it’s a good all over print and is firm to wear. Wearing halter styles can be tricky when you need to wear a bra.
I felt so comfy in the first version I took a punt and used a panel knit print and made version 2. Now that Summer is leaving us here in Australia I can tell you that ‘road testing it’ has been successful. The design is supportive and I felt very relaxed wearing both versions – if you know what I mean.
