I really enjoyed sewing the New Look 6574 dress. It is a semi-fitted shape that hugs all the right places. I love that the bodice is fitted and then meets an A line skirt. There are gathers at the bust and back with raglan sleeves making the sleeves easier to fit than tradition set in sleeves. I found the instructions easy to follow with enough detail. Although, there were a couple of steps that I would have done differently to achieve a nicer finish such as when inserting the zip. I made mine out of a crepe fabric that worked well for this pattern. You can also read my full post here.
