My favourite dress ever!

I’ve just finished making this dress and I am in love with it! Tessuti patterns are hand drafted which worried me at first but shouldn’t have done…the pattern was really well drafted with plenty of notches and everything fitted together perfectly. The sizing was spot on too, and the pocket construction was different to previous pockets, but the finish is so much better and the whole thing feels well made. The lantern shape hides a multitude of sins too, so will be perfect for big lunches on holiday!
I used 2m of 140cm wide denim chambray for version B, which was quite a bit less than the pattern called for.
