I made this for a Chrismas party… the fabric is a stretch cotton/sateen with lining made from … not sure!
Anyway, I found this a lovely dress to make, even though I didn’t use the skirt from the pattern and just added my own.
I also made it a little too tight. Whilst it was made from stretch cotton, the lining had no stretch so I found overall it was a little tight.
Bodice was lengthened by about 1 inch.
I’ll make this again but definitely allow for some breathing room in the bodice!
